Serenity is an AI-powered mental health chatbot that combines Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to deliver context-aware and supportive conversations. It features a custom BiLSTM intent engine for emotional classification, hybrid RAG retrieval using FAISS and BM25 for therapeutically grounded responses, a multi-stage crisis management system with emergency SMS alerts, secure passwordless authentication, and a real-time analytics dashboard — all designed to provide safe, empathetic, and meaningful mental health support.
